    "Me ha gustado, pero es muy denso. Se nota que es un trabajo de investigación arduo y muy concienzudo de Alan. Muy interesante la visión de la época, la situación de semi-esclavitud con la que funcionaban los estados del Sur de EEUU. Cómo trabajaban, cómo se relacionaban, las diferencias entre clases... muy bien descrito y todo a través de la música como hilo conductor."
