La maldad en #Argentina

El gobierno de ultraderecha hace 6 meses retiene en almacenes COMIDA. No la reparte a pesar que 6 de cada 10 argentinos son pobres y 2 de cada 10 son indigentes.

El gobierno anterior distribuía comida a miles de comedores barriales pero este gobierno decidió que los pobres ni comida merecen.

Y aunque siempre habrá justificaciones para la maldad, siempre habrá también gente dispuesta a combatir la maldad.

Ojalá el mundo se entere de esto.

Hay muchas cuentas de #periodistas españoles en #Mastodon, creadas en la Gran Tensión Tuitera de 2022, pero por H o por B la mayoría de ellos han ido abandonando la red, sea para volver a la Pajarería, sea para irse a Bluesky o a Threads, sea para dejar las redes sociales de modo general.

Estoy pensando en convocar a los pocos que seguimos entrando regularmente aquí y montar un evento, que, encajando con mis gustos personales, implicaría una terraza de un bar y comida.

De todo el mareo con #Kbin y #Lemmy para grupos en #Mastodon puedo decir que aunque Kbin salga ganando no hay mucho visible desde Mastodon que justifique su uso para agrupar conversaciones de ciertos temas en lugar de usar hashtags.
Por ello activé en los grupos de Kbin que añadan las publicaciones que usen su respectivo hashtag como hilo de su sección de microblog.
Quien prefiera usar cuenta de Kbin en vez de Mastodon tiene cierta ventaja para comunicarse con el fediverso como si fuera #Reddit.

I'm pretty excited to publish Toot: a Mastodon API for Go applications: https://github.com/benpate/toot

I wanted to access #Emissary using Mastodon clients (like IceCubes and MetaText) but there was no easy way to do it. The Mastodon API is enormous and it took a ton of time just to organize every one of the endpoints. Toot makes it easy.

Hopefully, this helps other Gophers to Mastodon-ize their apps too. I'm all-in on making the Fediverse a better place for developers.
