Bueno, ya estoy probando importar mi archivo de #instagram a pixelfed.social. Comentarios a medida que lo voy haciendo:

- La importación me falló un par de veces diciendo que el zip estaba corrupto… probé un rato más tarde y todo ok.

- Por alguna razón los videos más recientes no aparecen. Será desde que se suben tipo “reels”? Los viejos sí están.

- Veo muchos caracteres raros en las descripciones de las imágenes. Parece ser que no le gusta que use emoji. Y definitivamente no le gustan los caracteres invisibles que pongo para separar líneas. Todo así â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â

- En los posts que tienen más de una foto, las detecta e importa correctamente (al principio decían que había problema con eso). * update: No se conserva el orden de las fotos en un post multifoto, queda primera una que estaba en el medio.

- La importación va de a 100 posts. Pero se puede hacer por tandas.

- Re rápido el proceso. Al toque ya subieron y estaban en mi perfil.

- Luego de subirlas podes revisar a ver si quedaron bien

- Cuando vas a importar de nuevo para subir otra tanda de fotos, detecta cuales ya subiste y no aparecen para importar.

- La segunda vez que importé demoró un poco más el procesamiento, pero no mucho

- Ya terminé. Bastante sencillo el proceso y sin grandes problemas. Lo único que me queda es corregir el texto que está lleno de caracteres extraños.

- Los posts quedan con su fecha original!

- Un placer la experiencia web de #pixelfed vs instagram

- Si me quieren encontrar soy @ernesto

El fediverso es muy grande y podemos tener en él todo lo que necesitamos, sin alimentar a corporaciones codiciosas.
