    #PixelFed es una alternativa a #Instagram de #códigoabierto, con orden cronológico y sin compresión de imágenes

    A pesar de haber caído en manos de Facebook en el año 2012, Instagram sigue siendo la reina en lo que a redes sociales de fotografía se refiere. Con el paso del tiempo, los cambios han ido cambiado por completo la experiencia de uso con esta red, cada vez más cargada de publicidad y con un relativamente nuevo algoritmo que castiga a aquellas personas que publican menos, beneficiando y dando visibilidad a las más activas.

    Para aquellas personas que quieran huir de algoritmos y de redes sociales centralizadas, existen alternativas de código abierto como Pixelfed, una alternativa a Instagram en la que no hay algoritmos que gestionen la visibilidad del contenido, sin anuncios y con enfoque principal en la privacidad de sus usuarios.

    @Anprim ainda non testei, prefiro facelo cando apareza no f-droid. Entendo que o grupo de desenvolvedoras @tom79 tiveron moito traballo implementando a conexión a #Pixelfed e nos vindeiros días/semanas será un produto finalizado coas funcións básicas.

    Mais só é a minha opinión ;)

    We are considering a different approach, Page Accounts.

    Pages will support Multiple Users and ship with a Dashboard, Post Scheduling, Page Stats, Relationship Manager and more!

    This will be rolling out to instances soon as an opt-in @PixelfedLabs experiment.

    @Anprim olá! #Pixelfed foi criado para partillar "ao vivo", semellante ao instagram, nao é un almacenamento como a google photos, amazon, flickr, etc. A cota de almacenaxe é limitada porén en comparación e as funcións son diferentes.

    Pixelfed has just released 10.2 which should fix remote follow bugs, and allow pixelfed <-> pixelfed federation.

    Can people check to see if it is working for them on their instance?

    You can follow another instance's pixelfed account by searching for its address on your instance.

    For example:

    AT earth AT pixelfed DOT social

    ...should federate on other Pixelfed instances.
