Been doing some self-reflection, and have come to realize I don't really have any ways of expressing anger in a way that isn't aggressive (raising my voice, slamming doors). Anger isn't inherently bad, but I lack the emotional skills to channel it in a healthy way.

What are some ways y'all deal with anger?

I think part of the reason I want to retreat into the forest and beat on metal and wood instead of sharing ideas about the world, is the crushing anti-intellectualism even among the so-called intellectuals.

Anyway, I am trying to shift my mindset into creating for myself instead of the hoards of haters bound to show up on my doorstep.
