can't find Cathay Airways old logo, pre 1990. anyone?

奇怪。以前的标志找不到。谁知道贴一个？

国泰航空，原来是香港的飞机公司。它以前的标志不是这样。以前的很漂亮，雅典。 so Cathay is Hong Kong's company. it's logo changed. the old one is much beautiful. the new logo, kinda a generic bird wing, rather very ugly.

looking up flash drive vs hard disc for small backup for 3 years, it's kinda mixed bag. no absolute say which is better. rather, you want to shop for expensive high quality ones, either tech.

i think optical disk like CD/DVD/BlueRay are just dead tech. The problem is with the form factor. unwieldy. tape would be a real better perm storage, i think.
while working as sys admin on server back in y2k, we use tapes. i was responsible in choosing and buying them.

hahaha. Apple stopped including a CD/DVD drives since some 5 years ago. and i think PC pretty much followed by now, at least laptops.

i had bad experience with PNY. Bought a cheap PNY 4 years ago. i think 32gb. comp didn't recognize the drive, in linux and windows...
i think it's a cheap chinese make.
