i only saw he recant his views about age of consent on his blog, and dated just few days ago, not earlier. Do you have a source where he recant earlier?

also, i suspect he's being pressured to say it.

lots people jump on the bandwagon to attack rms for his age of consent views. If u really observe, TONS of lgbtq degenerate folks ARE actively openly pushing for it. you can see it all over, in news, youtube, and some in jail. it's chaos. power struggle.

the sj gang r rebelling against open source now. they want a licence that can say who is not allowed to use the code. (e.g. they don't want U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to use.)

note, rms been kicked out of all foss communities except emacs even 10 years ago. in past 10 yrs, he done nothing except chanting same ideology for $, n it became very old. even in emacs dev, lot people really want him gone.

i still have the question why rms yielded to the pressure of resign. by my judgement, he normally would not. possibly he got some private benefits, or, maybe he saw his retirement coming long ago. he been kicked out of all foss communities except emacs even 10 years ago. in past 10 yrs, he done nothing except chanting same ideology for $, n it became very old.

in past 30 years, i know a lot rms fanatics that defends rms, in reddit emacs community for example. now, they r nowhere to be seen. one bunch of cowards.

even though i think rms is wronged by the sj gang, but i find that i am not too enthusiastic about fighting for rms. rms really has made himself irrelevant in past 10 years.

what i see the sj gang r just super mean people. they want to destroy. it seems, the more they get what they want, the more chaos. chaos n fight among themselfs, like lord of the flies. it's power struggle. lawlessness.

apparently, among the sj gang, there's a movement that want to destroy the entire open source too, saying it is fundamentally toxic or such. that they r creating a replacement.

digging into the rms case, i found, apparently, the sj gang r actively seeking people to destroy. it seems to me, this is the result of white american's obsession of justice and help mentality eating itself, including, fsf ideology n open source.
