I went hiking in the small mountains. It is rare to see such a forest with so few birds.

Heavy snowfall last weekend. It was sunny, so I went for a walk.

Cloudy, sometimes rainy.
Didn't feel like going out much, but went for a walk in the woods to look for owls. Unfortunately, I didn't find any owls.

While I was walking in the morning, it started to snow.

@tagomago That's right. It smells a little like sulfur.

Today I traveled north through the fog early in the morning to see the snow. Mt. Asahidake. My first visit in winter.

I made it halfway up the mountain, but clouds started to appear, so I turned back.
I looked for the fox that was always in the parking lot of the highway, but unfortunately he wasn't there.

@codewiz @Callalily of course. I bought some apples at the orchard. About $4 a bag.

I took a short trip to buy apples.
