Ways to pleasantly surprise yourself:

1. Buy quad core laptop
2. Forget your laptop has 4 cores, assume Intel are still basically only producing 2 core laptop parts

After extensive searching, I have to ask: is there any *up to date* documentation on the Linux networking internals?

I can find plenty of out of date documentation, but it's of limited utility when everything has been turned upside down since it was written
