The German city of Bühl created "Palim! Palim!" as a #FreeSoftware #video #conferencing platform on top of #Jitsi. The feedback they received is encouraging:

Although nothing new, it is ever again shocking how the #Android system fails to respect user's #control of technology and #privacy. #PicaPica is a #Hacklab in Oviedo who convinced the #Parliament of #Asturias to to be the first Parliament to sign the #OpenLetter demanding "Public Money? #PublicCode!"

@c3sustainability @joa_abc establishing sustainable c3 events to me also means fostering digital sustainability. Decentralization, Free Software and Open Standards are fundamental to this. So please support digital sustainablity eg. by making sure to push all news into the open or sync both accounts to not privatize communication channels and data aggregation.
