#RIPE has assigned the last block from the 185/8 space.

This means there are no more pristine IPv4 addresses available in Europe, Middle East, or CIS.

RIPE still has a /9 of issuable space, but that is returned/revoked addresses from LIRs, and from the IANA returned pool.

Starting to scrape the bottom of the barrel for #IPv4.

@jartigag LoC but it's not fair.

What *I do in R&D* is make development in small steps and I document at the same time. When I made some documentation I feel like: Ok, I did some new stuff. And I feel good.

I'm a telecom engineer and I have no fucking idea about IPv6.

I remember I studied some tunneling shit with IPv6 and v4 environments... I know how do the addresses look more or less and that's all.

Anyone can point me to good documentation for developers and sysadmins who want to support it?

Just for random things I should know or whatever.
