People freaking out over the legalisation of selling their personal information by their ISP need to realise that they made their bed when they willingly and happily gave all of it to facebook, twitter, and others for the better part of a decade. They normalized this sort of data collection by participating in it, begging for more, and rewarding companies for doing it. They told the world that their personal information was up for grabs, and they're surprised when the state decided to join in? With their behaviour, it was only inevitable. You made your bed, now sleep in it. -

If the internet / opposing ideas / the thought of somebody not agreeing with you "triggers" you, or gives you "PTSD", perhaps the most logical course of action to avoid any more harm to yourself might be to log off, shut down your computer, disconnect it from your router, and cancel your subscription with your Internet Service Provider.
