Yeah, shit sucks these day. Remember, though: the way things are now was not inevitable and is not irreversible. For now, focus on improving your foundations (personal, professional, political, whatever) in anticipation of the opportunity for something better - whether that will be personal relief, local improvement, or the whole world changing.
