#OtD 18 Sep 2013 Pavlos Fyssas (aka Killah P), a Greek anti-fascist rapper, was murdered by a member of the Nazi party Golden Dawn in the western Athens district of Keratsini.
#OtD 15 Sep 1963 four African-American girls were killed and 22 others were wounded after KKK members planted a bomb against a predominantly Black church in Birmingham, Alabama. This act of terrorism marked a turning point in the Civil Rights Movement.

#OtD 22 Aug 1893 Dorothy Parker, American writer and victim of Hollywood blacklisting, was born.
