How do people even use windows and modern web (without ads blockers etc.)? I was on a friend's computer today experienced it. Every link I click opens 2 new tabs to display me ads. Macfee (whatever) antivirus software starts scanning the computer randomly popping a window and tells me to buy premium. It's chaos everywhere!

Now mastodon has started a bullshit where if I login with a web browser it sends security code to my email address! And there's no way to disable this!
