Have you managed to add the @IzzyOnDroid repository to the F-Droid app?

If not, you may have a look here: https://www.f-droid.org/en/tutorials/add-repo/

Then, you may have to refresh the repos before doing a search to find the @Mastodon app.

You have to add the Izzysoft repository to the F-Droid or the Aurora Droid (or else) app first.
