Back in grad school a friend had a FLIR Lepton(?) and we tried to see if this puzzle from #Cyberia can be done IRL. To our surprise, it totally worked on the door to my lab

Here's a writing sample off the Underwood 319. They all use the same typeface and character set so this is representative.
