I've been working on a fix for Feed2toot sending multiple times the same message to Mastodon when - it seems - the process hangs before adding the id of the message in the cache file and another Feed2toot process is launched.

I implemented a simple lock file. Currently testing the new feature https://gitlab.com/chaica/feed2toot/issues/45 on @journalduhacker
