I've started putting together a list of #fediverse apps, focused on implementations of #ActivityPub, documenting their status and what tech stack they're (being) built with: https://ethercalc.org/fediverse-stacks

This is a publicly editable doc, so would appreciate corrections/additions, and feedback especially from fediverse devs, but also from instance admins and users:

Heads up #SocialCoop -
#Liberapay (the #FLOSS and #nonprofit recurrent donations platform) is in trouble, loosing its payment provider and in need of new ways to operate.

They are considering a #cooperative alternative, where everyone who receives money on the platform would be a member of the Liberapay legal entity, and that all the collected funds would legally belong to that entity instead of to each individual user.

I'm sure they'd appreciate any help or advice.

I think the comparison is even more appropriate when you look at projects #FairCoop has in the works, like Bank of the Commons and multi-currency wallets. Some folks from the coop just acquired Chip-chip BTW, a private company who's been developing a lot of that tech.
