The best part about my use of Fedi social media in my books is 2 things. The first is it sounds like I just made up all these names at the drop of a hat, yes, there are people that have never heard of Mastodon, even to this day, and, my books will be more evergreen! I use the Fediverse instead of naming platforms like Hometown, etc. Reading Romance books where Twitter is mentioned feels like the book should be in the public domain by now, LOL! @writing
