It's been a while https://github.com/diaspora/diaspora/issues/8009 I wanted to improve the registration process of #diaspora to make it clearer. Giving more informations about how the data is used, that one account in the network is enough and linking to the tutorials. I did all of this in https://github.com/diaspora/diaspora/pull/8285 and now that the review is done, this work is merged in the `develop` branch of diaspora*! So, I will immediately deploy it on #diaspora-fr. Here is some screen shots.
Among the changes planed for the next major version of diaspora* (0.8.0.0), there is the cleaning of the federation protocol. A huge work has been done by Benjamin Neff (supertux@nerdpol.ch) to improve the protocol during the past years. As always when you are changing things which allow software to communicate, and when those software are already used live on the internet, you need to go step by step. 1/3
