last thoughts:

I recently had a talk to my young son about what we say out loud & gave this advice:

1. Think: Is what you have to say necessary? if so, then say it.

2. Is it going to make someone feel good/help them? Then yes, say it.

3. If not necessary and not going to help someone then- don't say it and let it go from your mind. /end
