@djahnie yes, we know about it. Zoho is a terrible email provider. not only they run their own blacklists, they ignored us when we asked why is disroot ending up in spam boxes on their servers.

Try asking them, maybe you will have more luck.

@rgggn We had small glitch for when we adjusted some settings, that caused it. It should have been solved long time ago. If you still have it, please let us know.

Rainloop in cloud and standalone instance at https://mail.disroot.org now share settings so whatever you change or add in one will reflect the other.

Sorry if your current settings at mail.disroot.org have been overwritten.

There is a bug we've reported back to nextcloud. You need to type a name of a user (any) for the option to start public chat or group apear. We hope it will be solved soon. (Just a little glitch)

@Mick The main reason we started disroot is we did not want to use closed source commercial walled gardens such as twitter.
Seeing the influx of users, I think people already found us 😋

@Mick It all depends on their needs and activity I think, so it's best if you drop us a line at support__at__disroot.org to pick it up further.

Our intention is not to block every small buisness, but prevent large scale operations, that drain resources that could be otherwise used by our users.

Yes we wish. Collabora for some months now supports encryption which is awesome.

However hosting collabora requires a lot of horse power which means we would need to deploy a dedicated server for only that. We have to make sure we have enough funds to host it first.

Hi there,

In about 30 minutes we will be updating nextcloud to version 13 :D

It might take about 45 min.

Because of some other improvements we've been working on that took long time to deploy, we're moving the operation of updating nextcloud to tomorrow.

It's a pity humans have to sleep :P

💾 Short downtime 💾

Due to some small changes to our network setup we had to restart the servers causing short downtime couple of minutes ago. Everything is back online already.

@gerd yeah especially when you need to pull one server and put another one in its place.

Hopefully in few years we will be rich enough to get redundant setup.
