"Nous avons donné un avis favorable début Octobre a l'activation de l'algorithme qui se trouve dans les boites noires. Le principe meme de l'algorithme c'est d'etre secret, s'il était connu il pourrait être contourné, nous ne pouvons donc pas en dire plus."
