...oh, and after installing GNOME, it turns out the metapackage didn't install basic stuff such as input drivers.
That was a fun ride :cookieqt:

First, I installed Glibc by accident from the Musl live. Turns out, I needed `export XBPS_ARCH=x86_64-musl`. Then it installed fine but I deleted my /boot while trying to do `efibootmgr` stuff, which proved to be hard to repair and implied installing GRUB. After that, my Surface trolled me and deleted all of my UEFI boot entries every time I rebooted. Finally, I reinstalled again but using `void-installer`. But my initramfs was missing the `rd.auto=1` kernel parameter and the `crc32c` drivers.

France confirms that Matrix (and Riot) is the basis for their upcoming secure communication app for official government use, and will be 100% FOSS! Exciting times :D

@vaartis I don't know how to regex rn but I know you can use patterns to see if the next word is "wiki" an only match if there isn't.

@datalevels @angristan (Sorry, deleted original toot lol)
Easy, you add another entry. If your (U)EFI supports it, you can go to the boot device menu and choose which system to boot. If you don't, you can still change the boot order from within an OS with `efibootmgr` or equivalent.
There's also alternatives which are kind of a mix of the best of both worlds, see rEFInd http://www.rodsbooks.com/refind/

Hey, everyone! Your favorite show is BACK! That's right, welcome again to the :rainbowdance: #lifeHack :rainbowdance: lifestyle!
Today we have a special one for (U)EFI! Did you know that you can boot straight into Linux, without any bootloader at all? Use `efibootmgr` to create a boot entry that will get you straight into the kernel with whichever options you want.
This is too hardcore for a simple toot so please check Arch and Gentoo's wikis:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/EFISTUB#Using_UEFI_directly
https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Efibootmgr#Creating_a_boot_entry -

There's also this neat article on LVM and overall filesystems with snapshots with fstab: https://xan-manning.co.uk/2017/05/29/best-practice-for-mounting-an-lvm-logical-volume-with-etc-fstab.html

OK, this is the help I was looking for but I couldn't get because the Void wiki is shit and the Arch wiki only talks about genfstab. Thx Gentoo. https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/LVM#Configuring_the_system
