Maintaining Tusky has become exhausting in the last days. 😓
I have been handling countless requests on Google Play, Github, Email and @Tusky. It stops me from doing what I want to do: Actually coding

So todays update to Nightly is release candidate for #Tusky 3. Most notable changes are the new elephants and the possibility to edit account fields.
Please test throughroughly and report me any issues!
Planning to release beta in a few days and full rollout in a week!

should be way more stable than 2.2, but to be sure Im gonna release it on the beta channel first

I am looking for a digital #artist to commision for three assets for the mastodon client @Tusky: A generic "elephant friend", an image for the error view (maybe a sad elephant?) and an image for the empty view (maybe a sleeping elephant?). Must look good on dark and light background and fit well with material design. Artist must be ok with the assets being published under an open source license. Vector assets preferred. Commission will of course be payed.

So if you want to be a tester, all you have to do is install Tusky Nightly, use it, and report me any problems you find. I will get crash reports automatically. #Tusky 2.0 now on F-Droid! That version is a bit crashy, hope they publish 2.1 fast
