Can't speak for anyone else, of course, and while I am a brand, and have been for years now, I have never paid much attention to brand-building. But I tend to limit my posting to times when there's a decent chance most of my followers are awake. On the bird site, the analytics tell me they're mostly in UK and USA, so I generally wait for at least New York to wake up, but that's kind of the limit of my temporal targeting.

I believe it's possible to do small caps, but it may use more characters, so I've never tried it. And it wouldn't feel right to write Discworld's Death.

"Wait," he said, "I get to challenge you to a game, right?"
Death nodded. "Sure. Which game? Starcraft, Smash Melee, FIFA?"
"Wait, you play those?"
"I play every game," Death said.
"To beat mortals?"
"To while away the time until Entropy itself dies."

@nate Good Omens is slightly more complicated, by having Adam and Them in it. It was the book that made me discover Gaiman (I was already a great fan of Pratchett when I read it).
