   https://quitter.es/attachment/551004 Pues ahí está el experimento de hacer «carne de membrillo» casero. Con un poco de suerte hasta estará bueno, oler huele como debe y la pinta la tiene también. Para ser la primera vez que lo hago no está mal... y sólo he llamado a mi madre una vez para preguntar :-P
