   hugging and touching so very important for #mentalhealth https://www.theguardian.com/society/2018/mar/07/crisis-touch-hugging-mental-health-strokes-cuddles Especially now- when everyone is glued to their mobile. I strongly believe that our fascination with tech and mobile is one reason why everyone is so politicized (notice the loneliest people tend to be the most radical). But #politics is not a good substitute for human kindness and a felling of belonging.
