   I came back from my trip! As promised, I ate a lot: tagliatelle al ragù in Bologna, amatriciana, gricia, pannacotta, pizza bianca... in Rome.

   As an example, here you have the tiramisù we had at Pompi, a famous Roman place.

   It's great to have a local guide that's also obsessed with food!
