   Server Info

   After an upgrade to the QOTO services all services are now up and running again. Downtime was ~5 minutes.

   The following qoto services were updated:

   FunkWhale - https://audio.qoto.org

   PeerTube - https://video.qoto.org

   We just fixed Latex Math based rendering on the #QOTO discourse server ( https://discourse.qoto.org )

   You can now insert Latex based math into your posts on Discourse in the same way you can on the QOTO mastodon server!

   This is the last major bug we have observed across all the new QOTO services we brought up this month. We will keep an eye on things but everything appears fully functional now!

   #QOTO update:

   Our peripheral services (not main QOTO mastodon instance) were down for a period today. The reason was a bug in AWS ECS services that caused our load-balancer to go down. It has since been fixed and hopefully will not occur again.

   All services are back up.

   The services infected include the following:

   GitLab pages (including user hosted pages) - https://*.qoto.io

   #QOTO is now officially on 2.7.0, enjoy.

   Side note. I also brought up a discourse server for us to use and will slowly be bringing up a/back a few other servers in the qoto family helping us promote and discuss STEM (or just chat).
