   @denikombucha Looks like the artist, Sam Lavigne [1], originally wrote a Medium article and hosted the dataset of ICE employees on a GitHub repo. And of course both the article and repo were taken down.

   However, thanks to the Wayback Machine you can view his post here [2] and the JSON file here [3]. Mirror available here [4].
