   @byttyrs well, when we hear the word "athletic" and "athlete" we think "physically fit" and there's nothing physically fit about high percentages of body fat. we have hard science showing this also means we have an increase in visceral fat (fat around our organs) and that is super dangerous.
   
   so perhaps we just need to figure out better word for this, because there are certainly people who most would consider to be quite unfit but are physically capable of more than the average build.
