   NATO Oversteps Stated Mission — Putin has said the alliance has ventured beyond the geography presumed by its own stated mission, attempting to exert its influence further East.

   Also called NATO’s enlargement an ‘artificial’ issue, which leads to further global tensions, instead of any peaceful ends.

   Putin also reiterated the claim that Moscow has evidence alleging the US and Ukraine might have broken international law with the development of biological weapons “right on our border."
