A screenshot showing Australia with 4 dig site markers. One in Western Australia has a dot on it indicating it is new. One in South Australia is the normal inverted-teardrop-with-a-hole-in-it icon, indicating it is neither new nor visited. One in Queensland has a cross on it, indicating it will expire next "turn." One in New South Wales has a partially filled hole, indicating it has previously been visited. The NSW site is selected, displaying an info box explaining that it expires in two turns, is maximum size and difficulty, and has been completed to 78% during previous visits.

Added in some new dig location markers to help make it easier to differentiate between new and expiring sites, and when they're neither, there's another to let you know if you've previously visited #screenshotsaturday #indiedev #gamedev
