On my last trip to Japan I bought a few common types of furikake (rice condiment).
From left to right:
- shiso (red perilla leaves)
- something with plum (梅*き)
- tororo (grated yam)
- kombu (dried kelp)
In the back:
- kurogoma (black sesame)
- shichimi (seven flavors chili mix)
