The reindeer is standing next to a Christmas tree: Rudolph's head is made from a tangerine, his body from half a tangerine (so that he lies flat on the plate). His triangular hat is made from a piece of strawberry with a mini pom-pom made from a white marshmallow. His legs, tail and antlers are made from brown pretzels. The nose is a raspberry and the eyes are tiny white edible candy eyes. (Marshmallow or cream with chocolate pearls also works) The Christmas tree next to it is made from wafer-thin green apple slices and decorated with red cranberries
