   With Cohost's future in question with their investor disappearing, which can affect the existence of the site, If you know any Japanese media fandom or creators who are looking to move to the Fediverse, we do have plenty of capacity (thanks to the recent migration to a more powerful server). Each have large character limits.

   Sakurajima is the Mastodon server I started as an alternative to the birdsite. The aim is to build a safe, inclusive, and fun Japanese media fandom and creator community like we have back in the early 2010s and late 2000s. We have a diverse moderator team and of course, it’s run by an Asian American. We have a good number of creators on our server.

   For general fandom (other than Japanese media), https://blorbo.social may be a good choice.

   Note: We do not recommend big servers like Mastodon Social, Art, and online.

   Users here who have a Cohost blog may request a blog at Yoshino Garden without a waiting period, you just need to be a member of our servers or Urusai Social.
