   @guigui @noah while it was backed by bluesky, that's not what skybridge does; it just exposes a mastodon api layer on top of it to allow people to use masto clients/apps with bluesky

   bluesky still does not use activitypub (opting instead for its own protocol with a different architecture/design), but there's a bridge available now at https://fed.brid.gy

   if you've seen any bsky users on here, it's probably because they opted into that bridge
