   @hermesgabriel no sé tu caso concreto, pero bq tiene un software para hacer el hard-reset en Linux.    Si después quieres meterle Cyanogenmod/Lineage, si es que hay alguna ROM no oficial (el tuyo es un bq E5 ?), métele la ROM Kit-kat (4.4) que tiene el kernel que suele usarse para ello
