@benoit I take a low dose of melatonin 2h before bedtime. It's over-the-counter and safe, but the effect is mild.
A few years back, a doctor prescribed slightly stronger stuff for work-related anxiety, and it made me sleep great.
Sleep deprivation can lead to serious health risks...
