   Recently, I had a lots of bugs and unstability with X11... So I switched to Wayland, let's see.

     @makuharigaijin Oh it's a desktop, so no plug/unplug of external screens, no sleep, etc.

     So far I did not notice any bug despite the one on Firefox because it was using xwayland.

     @benoit Good luck. I tried hard to make wayland work for me for about six months I think (I use Plasma). I finally had to throw in the towel and switch back to xorg to stop from going insane with the issues triggered by plugging in or out of external screens, sleeping, etc. And I never did get OBS to be happy under it. I'll try again in maybe a year or two.

     Since it concerned Firefox this time, I will force it to use Wayland.

     WTH I have the exact same bug. Windows are not refreshing/updating after a while.

     @benoit Hmm... never seen this on Plasma Wayland. Nvidia?

     Check if kwin is hung. If it crashes, it should restart. You might have to ssh in from another computer...
