     the internet was created in 1967.

     the text version of the Oregon Trail game wasn't made until 1971.

     the better known version with graphics and stuff was 1985 or something.

     How did anyone know about Oregon Trail game in the pre-internet era unless that "scientists create wormhole" nonsense was actually real and the scientists used the wormhole to send the game, and an appropriate computer back in time?
