The Flatpak repo for Signal has instructions for switching Electron to Wayland, but it's buggy in some annoying ways:

@thecactus It took over 10 years, but nowadays #Wayland is the default session for both #GNOME and #KDE.
Most Qt and GTK apps can use Wayland natively, and legacy apps can still run in XWayland.

@codewiz Natively with `signal-desktop --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland --enable-features=WaylandWindowDecorations` it seems to work well!
