   Well. I'm impressed by #kde 5.27. It's the best plasma yet. However, it still feels so rough around the edges compared to #gnome.

   This side by side is alt tab pretty much sums up the experience for me.

   Well done to both projects here. Plasma clearly prioritizes features and settings, but gnome clearly prioritizes clean UI and smooth experience.

   As always it's amazing to have the choice in #linux. And also #nixos is still the best :)

     @codemonkeymike Which task switcher are you using, though? The default one is Breeze, and looks like this:

     @codemonkeymike I don't disagree. Leave a comment, chat or bug for Nate Graham, and he will consider it.

     Now KDE has a great community manasger / designer who listens to users.

     @codewiz yeah that's terrible. Talk about completely breaking your flow to over take the screen and show you little unreadable previews.

     Nope. MacOS, windows, gnome, cinnamon, even XFCE all have come to the same sensible conclusion about how alt tab should work.
