   Tokyo to Sendai is not the fastest.
   After Sendai it is I think.

     @benoit A few years ago I rode all the way to Hakodate, and I was disappointed that the undersea tunnel was just... a long dark tunnel.

     Mmm, Sendai to Shin-Aomori is actually slower.
     Well there is a faster service available, this one stopped at quite a few stations.
