You might think now "this guy down the road here also complains all the time..", but it's on a different level in Japan.
1) Customers are here considered like a god
2) Old people have high status/respect
3) The brain changes in a way which affects judgement and opens the door to overreactingI guess in a few years we also see this more in Europe.
Like 'Hikikomori', people living at home/disconnect of society.
