   Two important admissions from Mearsheimer.

   He doesn't believe China started the cold war. He says "I don't think the Chinese were especially provocative" and rejects the notion it started because China "violated Deng Xiaoping's axiom that you should lie low".

     And that if China ever becomes a "unipole" he doesn't believe it'll "try to make every country look like China and engage in a crusade", like the US is doing or the Soviets would have done.

     In short, it'll let others be who they are.
