Como debería ser hechos todas las sistemas de @CJudicaturaEc@twitter.com:

- Solo deberían utilizar software libre.
- Porque son sistemas hechos con dinero de impuestos, todas las sistemas deberían SER software libre.
- Cada año deberían ser revisados por seguridad, por una emprese independiente.
- Los informes de seguridad necesitan ser publicos.
