     Rough ideas:

     - Build a fedi users and developers union
     - can we make instances that are newbie friendly
     - can we make instances that are easy for meta users to walkaway from default to
     - can we infiltrate meta fedi to spread propaganda (unplug from the corporate matrix)
     - fund non Mastodon fedi platforms
     - more co-op instances (a fund and templates to help set them up)
     - more co-op hosted fedi instances
